A little about myself, I have worked in the mental health and addiction field since 2011 and have been providing professional, mental health counselling, since 2013 after completing my Masters of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Toronto.  Am registered with the Ontario College of Social Work and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) and also a certified, Clinical Traumatologist (TITC-CT) and Compassion Fatigue Specialist from the Traumatology Institute in Toronto.

My counselling style is grounded in a safe, non-judgmental focus, that helps clients get to the bottom of their concerns. I take a strengths-based approach, even though a person is coming into counselling with a concern, it is vitally important to explore resilience and strengths.
